Development Director – SaGuNi Tech – NDA F1 Project

I worked as the Development Director on an NDA Project, leading a team to create a prototype for Formula 1. My main role was managing the team but I also worked on creating the storyboard and script, for the video pitch presentation, followed by creating a video for the client that had got in touch with SaGuNi Tech. 

I was in charge of setting up weekly update meetings with the CEO and the client. As well as running daily meetings with the team. Using agile work methodology and sprint planning to set goals and milestones for the overall presentation and pitch that our client would then use to sell the product to Formula 1, in order for the team to work on the development of this particular product.
